Poetry

In writing I have used a poem by James K. Baxter as a starting point to write my own holiday poem. I hope you like it.
Ava’s James K Baxter Poem
My bedroom was usual enough;
It had a bed, and a wooden bedside table, and even some toys all over the floor.
My mum, dad and Callum and I did what nappers do
in the glittery moonlite swimming in the little waves, off blankets,and chilling out, and  having a sleep

Doing nothing important.
